Custom products like pet tags have processing time of one to three weeks due to the handmade nature.

Atelier Collection
All clothing from Atelier range are made to measure with a 3-4 weeks processing time. No urgent orders accepted.

FREE SHIPPING within Australia on order $85 and over.

Standard parcel post delivery timeframe is approximately 3-15 days
Express post delivery timeframe is approximately 2-7 days

Postage will be calculated on checkout.
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on order $200 and over.

We have a 14-day return policy for ready-made items. Custom portrait and ID tags can not be refunded or returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at furiends@neatpets.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All postage for returns are to be paid by the customers unless faulty or wrong items sent.

There's no return or exchange for final sale items.

No toys are indestructible and all pets should be supervised while playing with them.
